Lots of interesting stats here from the folks at Stackify.  Obviously Apps are growing in importance all the time.  But their support burden on Dev and IT for most organizations is substantial.  In contrast to the numbers below, we get over 50% of the support load onto Ops, freeing up Dev and IT.  And downtimes like these averages would be a real problem in our engagements, our SLA's are much tighter and we hit a less than 1% SLA breach rate.
